My 8yo son would love this. He’s been saving up to buy a DS, but I’d rather him have the leapfrog products because of their fab. parental monitoring system.

I would love to win this for my son. He’s ready for a handheld and Leapfrog makes a great product.

I spend a lot of time in waiting rooms with my one, two, or three of my kids (depending on who is seeing the doctor or therapist or what-have-you). Handheld video game systems are the best thing I’ve found. And I love that Leapfrog offers educational options.

I So want to get the Didj for my son! He “grew up” with the Leapster and now at 8 (next week) has pretty much grown out of it, though he still loves it. The Didj looks perfect for him, he is on the Autism Spectrum.

I’d love to win because only my oldest son is getting a didj for Christmas. And that’s all I’m going to hear about from his younger brother. Ugh. Would be awesome to have one for each of my older boys! This is also my first time willing to go to that “other side” of letting them play a handheld game!

My daughter would love something like the Didj. She loves her DS and I would love it more if it were more educational…….not mindless!

Well, I am so against vidoe games, especially for a particularly obsessed 8 year old and for years made him play ReaderRabbit games on the computer until someone gave him a damn Webkinz, then it was over. We don’t have xbox, gamecube, etc. but feeling like the guy could use something more hip electronics. If he could have something that was semi educational, I wouldn’t have to be so vigilant about leaving the game somewhere he could find it. I would LOVE to have the Didj for my son. Not running to the mall during this financial crises (years ongoing!)!

Here’s why: What could be better than a Leapfrog Didj for my 10-year -old daughter, Maia, who used the original (and, in comparison, huge) Leapfrogs when she was younger, and now has an over-penchant for buying virtual clothes for her virtual penguins, in the virtual companionship of her like-minded friends? (If that doesn’t teach consumerism I don’t know what does.) If the Didj sneaks learning in with favorite characters and more complex thought processes in the beloved video game format – I am all for it!
Maia will be very happy if she wins it, and her recreational life will be greatly improved!

I keep saying “No more Video games!” but I know my little expert at everything electronic will be thrilled to win the Didj. I already checked out the new Leapfrog in stores and it seems that it is the most educational portable video game in the market right now. Nancy Claus, thank you for making the end of the year so full of excitement! XO.

A Leapster Didj – hmmm.. My daughter 11 – has gone for a DS, but for my twins, I must confess.

A choice beyond a guitar hero would be nice – so the Didj – would more than suffice

Kids minds are always changing, but I must put up with their complaining. With a Didj – I imagine – MY kids minds will be reigning.

My kids will think I am the coolest Mum for Chanukah. Seeing as they have nothing like this, it will be excitement all around.

What a great opportunity. I recently checked out the didj and found it to be both educational and fun. I would love to win this to give to my baby nurse’s son. She took such wonderful care of my son and I would love to return the favor. He is 10 and doesn’t have any other portable video games so I know he would be thrilled to receive such a great gift!! Pick me! Pick me!
